This table is the straight-line distance from each NFL stadium to a named downtown building. It is not a walking route, a drive time, or a parking price. A short straight line can still be a longer walk once you follow the streets and cross a highway.
How to read it: distances were measured on OpenStreetMap on 13 October 2026. The downtown column names the building we measured to, so you can check the same two points. Parking prices are on the hotel guide where we have one. Where the guide cell says “Not published,” we have not checked parking for that stadium.
Disclosure: hotel guides linked from this table contain affiliate links. This distance table does not add a new booking link.

OpenStreetMap still labels the NRG Stadium point as Reliant Stadium, at 1 Kirby Drive. That is the same stadium site. The Indianapolis point is the City-County Building, which is the city hall complex. The Detroit point is the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center. The Washington point is the John A. Wilson Building.
Four downtown hits were rejected and measured again because the first search landed on the wrong building: East Pittsburgh City Hall, a Denver residence hall, the Zappos headquarters in Las Vegas, and the light-rail station beside U.S. Bank Stadium rather than the stadium building.
What this table will not tell you
- A parking price. Those change by event, and a number we have not read on the team or stadium page does not belong here.
- A walk time. Use the miles only to see which stadiums are actually in the downtown grid and which ones are a trip.
- A hotel rate. Open the hotel guide, then the live room-rate button.

How we checked this guide
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page is when we last reviewed it end to end.
- Parking rates, shuttle fees and transport times are taken from the port’s, venue’s or operator’s own published pages and from each hotel’s own website — not from aggregator sites.
- Distances and journey times are the figures the venue or transit operator publishes, not our estimates. Where we give a distance, we say what it is measured to.
- Hotel amenities (breakfast, shuttle hours, pet and parking policies) come from each hotel’s own site. These change more often than anything else here, so confirm them when you book.
- Room rates are deliberately not listed anywhere on this site. They move daily, and a price written one month is wrong the next. Our links take you to live pricing instead.
- We have not stayed at every hotel we write about. Where we contacted a property directly, the guide says so and gives the date. Where a figure comes from a third-party report rather than an official source, we say that too.

Frequently asked questions
Is 0.3 miles a three-minute walk?
No. The number is a straight line between two map points. Streets, ramps, and security lines make the walk longer.
Why is Levi’s Stadium so far from the downtown point?
The downtown point is San Francisco City Hall. The stadium is in Santa Clara. The 35.8 miles is that gap, which is why a San Francisco hotel is not a walk to the game.
Where are the parking prices?
On the hotel guide linked in the last column, where we have checked that stadium. The other rows are distance only.

We start at the venue and work outward: walking time, shuttle and transit options first, then guest review scores and value for money. Hotels can’t pay to be listed.
