CES fills Las Vegas like no other week of the year. Over four show days, tens of thousands of people go back and forth between the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), Venetian Expo, C Space at ARIA and the CES Foundry at Fontainebleau. Your hotel choice decides how much of that time you spend in lines and how much on the show floor.
This guide covers the best areas to stay for CES 2027, real hotels near the LVCC, and how the free CES shuttles, the Las Vegas Monorail and the Vegas Loop fit together.

Quick answer: If most of your meetings are at the LVCC, stay on Paradise Road (Renaissance, Courtyard, Residence Inn) or at the Westgate, all within walking distance. If you need both the LVCC and Venetian Expo, a Strip hotel on the Monorail line or on the free CES shuttle route works well. Book now and pick a free-cancellation rate.

Getting there, shuttles & parking
Free CES shuttles. Per the CES 2027 transportation flyer on ces.tech (as of October 2026), free shuttles run Tuesday, January 5 to Saturday, January 9. They link official hotels with the LVCC and Venetian Expo. Pickups include Mandalay Bay/W, Excalibur/Luxor, MGM Grand, New York-New York, Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, Treasure Island, ARIA/Park MGM/Vdara, Wynn/Encore and a downtown stop at the Golden Nugget. You need an official CES badge to ride. The Tech Express connects the LVCC (Central Plaza) with Venetian Expo (Sands Ave.), and Route 7 runs to C Space at ARIA Wednesday to Friday.
Las Vegas Monorail. The Monorail stops at MGM Grand, Horseshoe/Paris, Flamingo/Caesars Palace, Harrah’s/LINQ, the LVCC, Westgate and SAHARA. It does not stop at Venetian Expo. During CES it runs from 7am to 2am Tuesday to Thursday, and to 3am Friday to Sunday. CES sells discounted passes through registration, and your badge works as your ticket.
Vegas Loop. Rides between LVCC stations and Fontainebleau are free. Rides to Encore, Resorts World and Westgate cost a small fare ($4.25 one way as of mid-2026, per Las Vegas Advisor); check lvloop.com for current prices.
Airport. Harry Reid International Airport is about 3.5–4 miles from the LVCC. CES runs a $10 one-way airport shuttle from the LVCC and Venetian Expo on Thursday to Saturday afternoons. For all your options, see our airport guide below.
Parking. Per ces.tech, there is no public parking at the LVCC or Venetian Expo during CES. Drop-off and pickup at the LVCC is allowed only at the S2, C5 and West Hall entrances. Rideshare pickup is outside South Hall and at the Diamond Lot next to West Hall.
Tips for CES week
- Book the moment your trip is confirmed and choose free cancellation.
- Pick your hotel based on the venue where you’ll spend the most time, not the Strip address.
- Taxi and rideshare lines get long at the end of each show day. The Monorail and Loop are often faster.
- Walking across the LVCC campus takes about 25 minutes. Use the free LVCC Loop between halls.
- Check resort fees and parking fees before you book. They add up over a five-night stay.
- Pick up your badge early. You need it for the shuttles and Monorail passes.
